Ex pz Purge System
Our Pepperl+Fuchs Bebco EPS Ex pz purge systems are designed to purge and pressurize the protected enclosure and maintain pressure within the enclosure. Ex pz systems reduce the classification within the protected enclosure from Zone 2 and 22 to non-hazardous. General-purpose equipment can be operated within the protected enclosure.
Note: Vents are required for Ex pz purge enclosures
Our Ex pz purge systems are designed according to European requirements—ATEX directive 94/9/EG. European protection methods allow multiple techniques to be used when designing hazardous area equipment.
5000Q Series Ex pz Purge System - The 5000Q series Ex pz purge and pressurization system allows general purpose equipment to be mounted in the customer's enclosure and operate safely in a Zone 2, Zone 22, hazardous area.
3000 Series Ex pz Purge System-
Our Bebco EPS 3000 series, Type Ex pz, Y or Z purging system will purge and pressurize the protected enclosure and maintain pressure within the enclosure.
